The 8 rooms revolve around the magnificent tropical garden, they are completely independent, like in a hotel, so that everyone can enjoy total privacy. The set sits on a large 13,000 square foot private property in a lush jungle oasis for your exclusive enjoyment. The property is conveniently located just steps from bustling downtown on the new beach access road, close to everything and easy to get to.

Property rental price and minimum stay depends on dates + event fee 5,500 usd.

A minimum stay of 5 nights is required on weekends, 6 nights during winter holidays, 3 night stay available for specific dates during low season. 

Only one event is allowed during the stay.

Rental of the event venue without lodging available for specific dates during low season exclusively, from May to October, 7,500 usd.

Included in the event fee:

- Permit from the authorities for one event

- Electricity and water

- A backup generator of sufficient capacity for conventional energy-consuming installations

- Cooperation of our staff

- No corkage fee

- You can use your own vendors

16tulum does not offer organization services, you can work with the event planner of your choice, during the specific time of the event we allow external service providers on the property without corkage.
Event fees do not include services, equipments and amenities such as catering and bar services, tableware, furnishings and decorations, ceremonial items and flowers, music and entertainment, sound equipment and light, nor assembly and disassembly. These elements and their costs are to be determined with your event organiser.
For all events, a refundable security deposit of USD 5,000 must be credited to our account prior to check-in.
The event must take place in compliance with local laws, regulations and authorizations, particularly in terms of reception capacity and timetables. Obtaining a permit is mandatory and its cost is included in our event fee, the curfew in Tulum is at 11 p.m.
Events of more than 30 people must be organized by a professional event planner. For the event you can use your own vendors without corkage. Outside of the specific time of the event, guests not residing at the villa and outside vendors do not have access to the property.
The event must take place in the gardens of the property, the guests of the event do not have access to the rooms. Use of the upstairs lounge is subject to a limited number of occupants.

Château Sixteen is one of the few venues in this area to offer such a vast space, the multiple areas can be used and combined as you wish to make your event unique.
